Workshop Description
This Special Educaion Law Workshop will provide attendees with an update regarding special education cases relevant to educators in Nevada. Recent Special Educaon cases from the 9th Circuit and Nevada will be analyzed and discussed. The workshop will include an overview of the special educaon issues that are most frequently investigated and litigated.
