Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to participate in events organized by The Nevada Association of School Administrators. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy.

Refunds for Virtual Events:

Refunds for virtual events are approved up to 48 hours before the scheduled event, less processing fees.

To request a refund, participants must notify NASA in writing via email at ahendersonnasa@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to the virtual event.

Refund requests received within the specified timeframe will be processed promptly.

Refunds for Live Events:

Refunds for live events are applicable up to one week (7 days) before the scheduled event, unless otherwise noted, less processing fees.

To request a refund, participants must notify NASA in writing via email at ahendersonnasa@gmail.com at least one week before the live event.

Refund requests received within the specified timeframe will be processed promptly.

Please note that certain events may have specific cancellation policies or exceptions.

Any variations to the standard refund policy will be clearly communicated in the event details or registration information.
