Workshop Description
NASA's 2023 Collective Bargaining Workshop is a must for anyone involved in an educational organization that is subject to Nevada's collective bargaining laws. The workshop will start at the very beginning when mandatory collective bargaining was first introduced into law. Attendees will then learn how different provisions have changed over the years to reflect the climate of public education. Learn about the negotiations process, employee rights, union rights, management rights, and grievances and how all of these areas intertwine and overlap with one another. In summary, learn everything you ever wanted to know about collective bargaining in Nevada.

In CCSD, administrators and professional-technical administrators may count this workshop for license renewal OR hour accrual toward step-advancement - not both for administrators.
