Workshop Description:

Attention, educators! In the demanding field of education, compassion fatigue and burnout are all too common without the right well-being practices. Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is your secret recipe for preventing stress and burnout. By incorporating SEL practices, you not only combat stress but also build resilience, allowing you to show up as the best version of yourself for your students. Imagine creating a thriving learning environment that supports students throughout their educational journey and beyond.
