Workshop Summary:

In this workshop you will gain an in-depth knowledge of EBD (Emotional Behavioral Disorders) AMI (All Mental Health Issues) SMI (Serious Mental Health Issues) issues. How to help calm youth you work with. How to take care of your own mental health. This training will also cover the window of trauma and much much more. There is a lot of information presented in an entertaining manner so we strongly recommended you purchase the mental health manual for review.

Dr. Kane is an expert in mental health who delivers engaging keynote presentations that challenge her audiences to contemplate human connection.With bold and occasionally quirky methods, Christy encourages her audiences to come together and gain insight into their mental health.

Kari Turner brings a proven track record in successfully managing Human Resource efforts with diverse groups in multiple countries across private, nonprofit and government sectors to the Dr. Christy Kane clinic. Always looking for her next challenge, Kari excels in employee relations, training, and program development in fast-paced environments.

Although a business graduate, Kari is not new to the world of mental health. Her experience includes working with at-risk youth, adopted youth, individuals on the autism spectrum, in residential and outpatient centers, as a crisis intervention trainer, and as a victim advocate for domestic violence victims.

Kari loves to travel, hike, learn new languages, create digital artwork, and spend time with her border collie and her family—especially as a new mom! Kari graduated with her MBA (Masters in Business Administration) in 2019.
