WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This 3-hour zoom workshop will review and reinforce the Properties of Real Numbers and how they are used in computation and mental math. Bill will develop patterns, procedures and provide clear explanations in a very non-threatening environment so teachers can not only use these mental math strategies but see why those “shortcuts” work. He will provide many examples that you might use in your classrooms. Math is clearly a subject in which the more math you know, the easier math gets.
