The course will involve researching local companies, delving into the qualifications necessary for optimal hiring practices, and ensuring that participants gain valuable insights into creating effective pathways from education to career.

We will focus on curriculum alignment, examine Nevada State standards and review how to ensure that curriculum, assessments, and instructional practices are consistent with state standards to improve student achievement gains.

At the end of the session, all participants will be equipped with tools to have confidence in making choices that will lead to more tailored and effective instruction, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
